What is a Partial Staging
When home sellers have to leave furniture behind, we can work with that! We style our furniture around the existing furniture to blend it into a cohesive look! This includes even vintage or historic style furniture! This unique style staging is actually harder than traditional staging since we have to conform to what is there, but our stylist team does this every week!
Please note that this is not Occupied Stagings. The home seller is not living in the property when its a Partial Staging
OCCUPIED STAGINGS
Homes where the seller is living in the property are much more restrictive with what we can use. Unfortunately as of this year in 2025, our company has temporarily stopped offering Occupied Stagings. But we will come back to it again in the future!
THE PERFECT BLENDING
Partial Staging’s work best when as much as possible is removed from the home. But when that is not possible, our team can work around it usually by putting new linens on the furniture and new art on the walls. We often will try to put old linens and art in closets if possible
A MORE HANDHELD PROCESS
Our professional team will work with the home seller to plan out what changes we are making and what changes we recommend they make to the home.
